Went for a short trip to Bangkok so long since covid,glad that hotel changed their pillows already when I mentioned during my review on Google, pillows are so fluffy comfortable. Everything was perfect from cleanliness to friendly staffs and decent breakfast the reason why I gave 5 stars on Google review and for this price pls ignore those negative reviews as I felt its really worth it.The reason I gave 4 stars simply because I'm so disappointed they removed the tuk tuk service to main street its like the hotel took a step back in terms of service,nobody wants to walk under 39° hot sun or rain for 600m.Hopefully the management reconsider bringing back this service as I believe this is one of the main reasons why ppl book this hotel because of this for this trip I'm heavily dependent on taxis and grab to get back to hotel after a tiring day but glad such services are very affordable in bangkok. Nevertheless it's still my favourite sukhumvit hotel,for the staffs I can see they r a bit understaffed but they tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Keep it up galleria12 but pls do bring back tuk tuk service 555

Absolutely lovely place, quite, clean and with very friendly staff, just a short walk to the sukumvit road down a lane way it is very convenient to the railway way station, a simple breakfast is included with a egg chief on hand, room is very clean and quiet at night with great security, highly recommend

Galleria 12 Hotel was clean and tidy. We stayed here for 3 nights and the rooms were cleaned daily. The staff here were very attentive, great service and always friendly. The guys on the door were well mannered and always polite. The reception team were happy to answer any questions we had and offer a helping hand where needed. Breakfast was included for us and there was a decent selection on offer. We thought it was in a good location, close to local amenities including shops, mall, restaurants and BTS/MRT Stations. There are 2 large parks close by which were a very pleasant stroll. Overall, very happy with our stay.

We arrived at 11:30 AM and the hotel's check in time was 2:00 PM. We were not allowed to check in and told to wait in the hotel lobby. No welcome drink in the sultry Bangkok weather made things further difficult for us. The overall ambience of the hotel is dark. The breakfast options for vegetarians is very limited and the staff is not prompt and proactive in the restaurant. They had to be reminded time and again to refill the dishes/trays for the items served. The omelette and stir fried chinese noodles served were bland. We had booked slender room which was very small and stuffy. There was no dressing mirror and no balcony attached. No luggage racks. The reading lights in the room were situated so close above the bed that while waking up it hit our heads! The swimming pool was not well maintained and dried leaves from the bamboo trees were floating in the pool. Overall, it was an average experience.

My wife and I spent 12 days at the Galleria 12. Our room was spacious, quiet, and clean. 2 bottles of water replaced each day. The shower had great water pressure and had good heat. Though the heat would cycle a little cooler but not for long. The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful "Punch" was super helpful, providing Grab transportation for us and always able to answer our questions. Breakfast was varied each day and had something for everybody. I can't speak highly enough about our stay. I have been to BKK about 20 times and stayed at many different hotels. This is gem - you can't beat their price point!
